This week, we focused on performance, scalability, and user experience across both our app and backend systems:
AI Speed Boost DORA AI is now up to 5x faster with better contextual awareness, providing more accurate and personalized recommendations in real time.
Database Architecture Improvements We’ve prioritized frequently used data into a primary layer to significantly reduce loading times and improve app responsiveness. Unnecessary database calls were eliminated for smoother performance.
New Trip Planning Flow in Development We're working on a fully restructured flow that simplifies how users plan trips. The new interface intelligently collects key details—like travel purpose, duration, location, and preferences—to generate itineraries that are automatically optimized for timing and energy levels.
Infrastructure Scaling Backend infrastructure is being upgraded to support future features, large-scale integrations, and global demand.
Multimodal LLM Support Integrated Claude 3.5 Sonnet has been added to power our AI agent with improved language capabilities, visual input understanding, and deeper dialogue processing.
Migration Updates Our transition from Bubble.io to Firebase is nearly complete, laying the foundation for better app stability, scalability, and development speed.
A/B Testing Implementation We've introduced A/B testing capabilities to evaluate UI/UX decisions using real user behavior, helping us fine-tune designs and features effectively.
🌍 Web3 & Global Expansion
Marketplace Expansion Discussions are underway with marketplaces outside the Middle East to expand DORA AI’s reach and native booking integrations globally.
Staking & Token-Gated Features We’re actively exploring staking mechanisms and token-gated access to selected features. This will allow us to expand the token’s utility while remaining within a legally compliant framework.
NFT Loyalty Program Underway Our $DORA Loyalty Tiers and exclusive NFT drops are currently being finalized. These perks will reward long-term token holders with booking discounts and unique collectible rewards.

Newsletter Incoming Our new DORA Digest newsletter will be launched soon, providing weekly recaps, community insights, and curated travel content for users and token holders.
Team Expansion We’ve onboarded additional team members focused on Web3 strategy, social media management, and community building to strengthen our outreach and ecosystem efforts.
Enhanced Marketing Initiatives With increased resources, we're scaling our outreach efforts across Web2 and Web3 channels, focusing on education, awareness, and conversion.
